Summary

Join Octave, a modern behavioral health practice, as a Licensed Clinician to provide high-quality mental health care to adult clients virtually. You will utilize short-term, evidence-based therapies such as CBT or DBT, and deliver culturally responsive care. This role requires a master's or doctoral level license in Wisconsin, at least one year of post-license clinical experience, and expertise in evidence-based therapies. Requirements

• Possess LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD license
• Hold a current license in Wisconsin
• Have a Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, Family and Child Counseling
• Be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
• Have at least 1 year of related post-license clinical experience
• Be well-versed in evidence-based therapies, like CBT or DBT
• Be expert in the delivery of culturally responsive care
• Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality behavioral health care to clients
• Treat adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns via video
• Utilize short-term, evidence-based therapies
• Deliver culturally responsive care
• Customize mental health treatment plans and service delivery for clients
• Build and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance
• Deliver feedback-informed care using standardized measures

Preferred Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of experience in CBT for depression or anxiety, DBT for emotion dysregulation, Unified Protocol for emotional distress, or CPT or PE for trauma
• Currently work with Cigna & Aetna clients
• Hold license(s) in any of Octave's other active states (AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, MA, MD, MN, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, WA, Washington D.C, WI)

Benefits

• $107-115/hour for master's level license
• $115-120/hour for doctoral level license
