Closeout Analyst

Summary

Join our team as a Part-Time Contract Closeout Analyst and utilize your expertise in contract closeout activities to support a federal client. As a member of an integrated team, you will work remotely within the United States during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

Requirements

• Three (3) to ten (10) years of federal contract closeout experience
• Bachelor's Degree is required
• Proficient in MS Office Suite including Excel and SharePoint
• Experience with PRISM and FFMS is a plus
• Knowledgeable in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Federal contract closeout processes and procedures
• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (the investigation will involve a credit, fingerprint, and law enforcement agency check)

Responsibilities

• Possess 3 - 10 years of specialized experience in contract closeout activities, including financial analysis and reconciliation to support funding de-obligation and contract closeout
• Closing all contract types (Fixed Price, Time & Material, Cost Reimbursement, and hybrid) and IAAs is required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential for success
