Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos tools
• Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Optimize performance of reports and queries
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within all reporting solutions
• Support and troubleshoot existing reports, making enhancements as necessary
• Develop and maintain documentation for all reports, dashboards, and processes
• Participate in report testing and validation
• Stay up to date with the latest Cognos features and reporting best practices
