Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Part Time Cold Caller with a focus on cold calling to join our team. This role involves scouting property owners interested in selling, checking expired listings, setting appointments for the CEO, and contacting leads. The ideal candidate should have a proven sales background, preferably in real estate, be comfortable with high-volume cold calling, and possess a go-getter attitude.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Proven experience in cold calling, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to scout for property owners interested in selling their properties
  • Research and follow up on expired listings to identify potential leads
  • Set appointments with potential clients for the sales team
  • Contact and nurture leads generated through various channels, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 and CRM systems to track leads, manage appointments, and update client information
  • Learn and efficiently use the IXACT CRM platform in daily tasks
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions, focusing on customer satisfaction
  • Handle rejection with resilience and maintain enthusiasm for cold calling and lead generation
  • Consistently follow up with leads and potential clients to build relationships and close deals

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred
