Summary

We're seeking a licensed MD to supervise advanced practice clinicians, conduct chart audits, provide feedback on our care management system, and report to the Chief Medical Officer. This role requires an MD license in specific states, DEA registration, and at least one year of psych-related experience. Requirements
- MD licensed to practice - looking for licenses in CA, MA, MD, NY, OH, TN, TX, VA, FL, GA
- DEA registration in any of the above states
- Minimum 1 year psych related experience
- Comfortable prescribing controlled substances when medically appropriate
- Comfortable prescribing for anxiety and depression
- Ability to quickly synthesize medical and psychiatric information about the patient to formulate effective and evidence-based clinical recommendations
- Patient-first mindset, deep work ethic and dedication to the highest level of patient care
- Willing to use a few simple tools to make your life easier (Slack, G Suite, Zoom, etc.)
- Comfortable working remotely in a Telehealth fast-paced startup environment
- Interest for the field of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy to transform mental health
Responsibilities
- Supervise our advanced practice clinician
- Conduct chart audits and meetings with APCs
- Continuously and promptly give honest feedback on the Journey Clinical care management system to improve our services
- Report directly to the Chief Medical Officer and collaborate with the leadership team
