Summary

The job is for a Collaboration Tools administrator at Gusto, responsible for managing various SaaS and productivity tools. The role requires 3+ years of Systems Administration experience, scripting language knowledge, API integration expertise, and familiarity with automation workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a Systems Administration role
  • Basic knowledge of a scripting language (preferably Python or Javascript)
  • Working knowledge of API integrations and development (REST, SOAP) and API security
  • Experience building and maintaining highly efficient automation workflows around application access and familiarity with iPaaS tooling (Okta Workflows, Workato, Mulesoft, Zapier)
  • Experience implementing SSO with an identity provider (SAML, SCIM and OAuth)
  • Familiar with regulated environments including SOC2 Type 2, Risk Assessments and other compliance controls
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts: VLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS and SD WAN
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Administration including OU orchestration, security and compliance, data protection, eDiscovery/retention policies, understanding mail flow, API controls and alerting/reporting

Responsibilities

  • Administration and maintenance of collaboration tooling (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Confluence, Adobe, Zoom and other SaaS apps)
  • Partnership with Gusties for all Atlassian change management and project work
  • Supports the IT Geeks and other internal support programs for building integrations, maintaining the service desk and automations to drive efficiencies in our day to day operations
  • Procures, and maintains productivity tooling and builds integrations for all Gusties
  • Serves as an escalation point for end user requests for any team owned technology
  • License / User clean up and auditing/software reclamation automation
  • Partnership with Corporate Identity Access and Security teams to manage posture on SaaS offerings
  • Assist with M&A integrations
  • Manages the vendor/CSM relationship of all of our SaaS productivity apps
  • Compliance and GRC representation and assisting with SOC2 / SIG audits and questionnaires

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in administering SaaS modern computing technologies and cloud platforms
  • Project / Portfolio Management with knowledge of Agile principles
  • Knowledge of LLM and OpenAI models a plus
  • Expert level experience administering Atlassian products for a large organization

Benefits

  • Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $140,000/yr to $160,000/yr in Denver, and $170,000/yr to $195,000/yr for San Francisco & New York. Stock equity is additional
  • Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above
