Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in collections or finance, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a proven track record of successfully collecting debts
- Proficiency in financial reporting and analytics with the ability to interpret data effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Collection/Finance team to optimize performance and drive results
- Oversee the collection process for business-to-business transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payment collections
- Develop and implement effective strategies for debt collection, including negotiation techniques to resolve outstanding invoices
- Analyze financial reports and data to monitor collection performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with various departments to address customer inquiries and resolve payment issues
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in collections and financial management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations affecting collections and finance
- Prepare and present regular reports on collection activities and team performance to senior management
