Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
  • 3+ years of related sales experience, specific experience selling API driven solutions a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects over phone, email, and other channels
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about prospecting approaches
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to exceed targets and goals
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
  • Demonstrated Success engaging and closing net new customers
  • Ability to connect with C Level executives in the e-commerce space
  • Successful track record of meeting and surpassing quotas
  • Strong desire to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients, both new accounts and existing clients
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue
  • Present and demonstrate company products or services to clients effectively
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and providing timely and accurate information
  • Work with the sales team and sales leadership to forecast revenue, set targets, and develop sales strategies
