Commercial Controller

Requirements

• Successfully completed university degree in business administration or similar
• Gained first professional experience preferably within commercial controlling in an ecommerce or C2B business (not a must), at least 1-2 years
• Well-marked analytical thinking together with the ability to grasp the ‘big-picture’ and at the same time dive deep into details that drive it
• Concise communication style is stakeholder oriented
• Fluent in English and an expert in Excel and/or GoogleSheets, SQL and Looker knowledge and German would be a plus

Responsibilities

• Get to know all parts of our business and deep dive into the existing planning & reporting infrastructure of the commercial area
• Build a strong network across the company including all relevant stakeholders to take on the role as business partner for the commercial team
• Involved in sales and marketing related financial reporting, forecasting and planning processes
• Support operational performance steering by providing guidance to reach best possible results
• Take ownership for small to midsize projects to further enhance our commercial controlling processes
• Develop and streamline our data and reporting landscape by working closely together with our BI analysts
• Support the other controlling functions (Operations and FP&A) in more general/central controlling processes
