Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to fulfill the job duties, skills and responsibilities listed above
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • Personal computer skills, working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software
  • Ability to maintain favorable relations with customers and co-workers

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial orders
  • Coordinate the implementation of services, contracts, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams
  • Monitor project timelines, ensuring that all commitments are met on time and within scope
  • Provide proactive updates on order activities, changes, and relevant milestones
  • Address client inquiries, issues, and requests promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of each account's specific needs and preferences for fulfillment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular check-ins and effective communication
  • Verify customer billing to maintain account and service integrity
  • Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for improvements within existing processes
  • Other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in account coordination, customer service, or a related role
  • College degree
  • Previous experience in service order tracking; including experience with CRM software
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Team player who can collaborate across departments
  • Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving
