Responsibilities

• Execute duties within the F&B department (serving and clearing plates, setting tables, cleaning the restaurant, and maintaining work materials) according to company policies, procedures, and standards
• Be attentive to all aspects of guest experience during their entire stay, providing impeccable service
• Communicate clearly and appropriately (verbally and in writing)
• Demonstrate emotional intelligence by being attentive to guests' and colleagues' needs and emotions, adapting one's style accordingly
