The ideal candidate should have knowledge of side hustles, entrepreneurship, or personal development, prior experience in community building, course facilitation, or a related role, excellent communication skills, passion for helping others, strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and the freedom to choose their own schedule.

• Prior experience in community building, course facilitation, or a related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about helping others and fostering a supportive community
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative

Responsibilities

• Facilitate courses and workshops on topics related to side hustles, entrepreneurship, and personal development
• Create and curate educational content and resources for the community
• Manage the community platform and ensure a positive and inclusive environment for all members
• Engage and interact with community members to foster connections and collaboration
• Identify and address the needs and concerns of community members
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the community experience
