Community Building Data And Operations Analyst

Summary

Join Acumen Academy as an Analyst to support the development of offerings for our community of changemakers. This remote role, preferably based in Bangalore or Mumbai, requires 2+ years of experience in data management and program operations. You will monitor and analyze data, manage partnerships, support Foundry members, and contribute to recruitment and fellowship initiatives. Success requires strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills, along with a willingness to tackle complex issues creatively. The role reports to the Manager of Foundry and involves close collaboration with colleagues across Acumen.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with data and managing operations for programs
• Demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships with stakeholders
• Track record of executing programs while monitoring impact
• Analytical mindset to understand data, insights and impact
• Communication skills to work with global, cross-cultural colleagues, partners and community members
• Willingness to take risks and ability to address complex issues creatively and effectively

Responsibilities

• Monitor and Analyse Data Systems: Continuously monitor qualitative and quantitative data from the Foundry, Recruitment and the Fellowship and analyse trends for various segments of Fellows and Foundry. Upkeep data quality by cleaning historical data and assisting program leaders with data upload/input
• Manage partnerships and operations: Work closely with existing partners and onboard new partners on to data systems for the programs we do. Support execution and operation of projects
• Connect with and support the Foundry members: In partnership with the team, establish and manage a process to support check-in with members of the Foundry deep-diving into their interventions and long-term goals along with understanding their challenges
• Support on Recruitment and Fellowship: As we are a small team, everyone contributes a part of their time to other verticals, and you will be expected to support other projects in the team. You will manage the data, technology and operational processes for these projects
