Summary
Join AWP, North Americaβs leading traffic control specialist, as a dynamic Recruiter! This remote position, based in North Carolina or Virginia, involves leading recruitment efforts in established and emerging markets. You will build and manage community relationships, organize recruiting events, and handle high-volume recruitment requests. Success requires strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment. The role includes significant travel (45%), high-volume recruiting (25%), and office hours (30%). Compensation is $60,000-$70,000 base salary plus a 7% AIP bonus. Requirements
- 2 - 5 years high volume / field recruitment experience or related experience
- 1+ years of Relationship or Account Management

Responsibilities
- Meet full cycle recruitment needs for assigned facilities
- Regularly source candidates through field recruiting efforts
- Build and manage Community Partner relationships
- Collaborate on development of quarterly Community Partner newsletter
- Achieve and strive to surpass Key Metrics
- Create and manage Community Engagement calendar and partner database
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing candidate interviews
- Build and manage candidate relationships
- Collaborate and strategize with TA Leadership, HRBP and field leaders to ensure hiring needs are met
- Provide ongoing market insights within your assigned geographical regions to TA Leadership
- Maintain relevant data and records
- Professionally and accurately report expenses
- Participate in special recruitment initiatives as well as complete any other relevant tasks as assigned by TA Leadership
