Join Found, a company building tools to support self-employed individuals, as a Compliance Lead. This role involves assisting with compliance monitoring and testing for various regulations, drafting compliance issues and reports, and collaborating with stakeholders. You will track incoming account-level requests for information, prepare compliance monitoring workpapers, conduct ongoing compliance testing, and assist in preparing compliance reports. The position also includes maintaining the compliance marketing repository, reviewing customer-facing materials, assisting with compliance policies and procedures, and conducting compliance trainings. This role requires 2-5 years of experience in compliance monitoring and testing and/or internal audit, as well as knowledge of various regulations. Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience with Compliance monitoring and testing and/or Internal Audit
- 2-5 years of experience with Compliance Management System
- Knowledge and familiarity with UDAAP, COPPA, Privacy, CAN-SPAM, E-Sign, Regulation CC (EFAA), RFPA, NACHA
- Proven ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
- Exceptional organizational skills and a self-starter
- Proven ability to foster a collaborative working environment
Responsibilities
- Track incoming account level Requests for Information received by sponsor bank, regulators, and law enforcement
- Prepare compliance monitoring and testing workpapers for the following regulations: UDAAP, COPPA, Privacy, CAN-SPAM, E-Sign, Regulation CC (EFAA), RFPA, NACHA, BSA/AML, and OFAC, including obtaining populations, sampling materials, and developing test procedures
- Conduct ongoing compliance testing and monitoring and escalate results and draft issues as necessary
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly Compliance reports related to the institutionโs regulatory environment
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across Found to obtain material needed for compliance monitoring and testing, external audits, and issue remediations
- Maintain the compliance marketing repository
- Review customer facing material such as emails, affiliate marketing for UDAAP purposes
- Assist with writing Compliance policies and procedures, and ensure policies and procedures are updated as needed
- Assist with monthly and ad-hoc compliance trainings
- Assist with compiling information, and working with external auditors
- Perform special projects related to compliance as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- CAMS certification
- Experience with Alloy, Socure, SentiLink, Asana, and ZenDesk
- Previous startup experience, consulting experience, or demonstrated technical initiative on previous projects
