You will maintain and develop privacy documentation, support updates to policies and procedures, collaborate with risk and compliance teams, assist with audits, manage data subject requests, and develop internal training. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience developing and contributing to global data privacy programs
- Knowledge of risk management practices and privacy programs
- Familiarity with global privacy laws, including the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA. Knowledge of privacy requirements in other countries a plus
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the privacy, data protection & AI team on privacy and data protection projects while being an integral part of the global legal, compliance, and security teams
- Assist with maintaining and developing privacy documentation and processes such as records of processing activities (ROPA), transfer impact assessments (TIA), legitimate interest assessments (LIA), data protection impact assessments (DPIA) and other privacy documentation
- Support with updates and improvements to existing privacy policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Collaborate with risk and compliance teams on privacy actions related to vendor due diligence activities, risk mitigation efforts, and audits
- Assist with annual program audits and other privacy program management activities
- Help manage and respond to data subject requests
- Assist with managing the privacy mailbox
- Assist with developing, with input from key stakeholders, enterprise-wide and role-based training and enablement for internal teams
- Help research and evaluate new compliance requirements and operational updates
