Requirements

  • Ability to demonstrate integrity and high ethical standards

  • Self-motivated, proactive in identifying and addressing challenges, and capable of driving projects to completion while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
  • Strong ability to meet tight deadlines while working in a dynamic and fast-paced remote environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in the management and improvement of compliance frameworks, such as ISO, NIST, PCI, etc
  • Ensure ongoing alignment with regulatory requirements and industry certifications
  • Lead the risk assessment process, proactively identifying compliance risks and proposing optimized control measures
  • Maintain, update, and enhance the compliance control and risk library
  • Design and perform ongoing monitoring and testing of compliance controls to ensure their effectiveness
  • Lead the investigation and remediation of any compliance issues
  • Take a leadership role in the development, review, and refinement of company policies and procedures
  • Leverage advanced SQL skills to analyze large and complex data sets
  • Prepare in-depth reports and presentations for senior leadership and external regulators
  • Work closely with teams across Engineering, Product, Legal, and Operations to ensure compliance considerations are integrated into business processes and product development
  • Act as a mentor to junior compliance analysts and LAC Clerks
