A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience with Salesforce is a plus. The salary is $1000 USD per month.

  • Valid travel documents for US entry

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key professionals, industry leaders, senior executives, and media within relevant vertical markets
  • Assist customers professionally, service-oriented during the execution of daily work and onsite at conferences
  • Manage the coordination of internal Travel, Transportation, and Shipping arrangements
  • Manage the coordination of VIP Speaker Travel
  • Event management, planning and logistics in all stages
  • Liaise with speakers and sponsors to collect accurate and relevant information related to the website, conference brochures, and mobile app
  • Coordinate conference mailings, including notifications for hotel bookings, activity registrations, mobile app, printing materials deadlines, etc
  • Direct communication with the accounting department to review the event's status in terms of financial results, collections, expenses, other revenue, reservations, etc
  • Complaint management from event participants
  • Create and edit conference mobile app, including sponsor ads, speaker biographies, and speaker presentations
  • Manage registrations through databases
  • Facilitate organizing and coordinating panel discussions (for speakers) before the event

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with Salesforce
