Requirements
- Knowledge of commercial lending practices and procedures
- Detail oriented and possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication (verbal and written) skills
- Ability to problem solve and work independently
- Must possess the ability to prioritize and support various activities simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment, including by demonstrating excellent time management, organization, and planning skills
- Strong technical skills - including but not limited to Microsoft Office, internet, Salesforce
- Adaptability to meet changing department priorities while remaining attentive to daily demands
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new processes, and work in a collaborative environment
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of construction loans in various loan stages
- Conduct in-depth analysis of project sources and uses, construction budgets, architectural plan & site plan review and financial information during underwriting
- Present analysis to managers and Loan Committee for final decision
- Review all construction loan documentation in preparation for loan closings
- Order and review construction project progress inspections and reconciling construction budget
- Administer construction draws for the duration of the construction project
- Proactively monitor assigned construction portfolio project status
- Maintain strong working relationship with borrower and general contractor
- Ability to maintain a great attitude and professional disposition with both internal and external parties, especially while handling deadlines, delays, and setbacks
- Complies with and adheres to all regulatory compliance areas, policies and procedures and best practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
