Requirements

• Ability to drive a piece of work or conduct research with autonomy
• Strong independent contributor in either frontend or backend development and capable of throughout the entire stack with support
• Understanding of the client's business, building relationships with our clients, and guiding strategic decisions to make them successful
• Professional communication skills and ability to solicit and provide feedback, actively offer help, and ensure everyone is aligned
• Ability to embrace new responsibilities related to conducting and presenting your own work, prioritizing day-to-day efforts, and communicating effectively with teammates and clients
• Willingness to take responsibility (even when no one asks)
• Ability to learn from everyone, regardless of title
