Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients, guiding them through the intake process and scheduling consultations
  • Scheduling appointments across multiple attorney calendars and time zones
  • Follow up with leads to ensure engagement and maximize consultation conversion rates
  • Accurately document lead activity and status updates in CRM and tracking tools
  • Identify and escalate potential issues that could delay or impact the consultation process
  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure smooth handoffs and clear communication
  • Support basic administrative and coordination tasks related to scheduling and intake
