Summary
Join our team as a Content and Marketing Coordinator and support the Marketing Department in achieving its Marketing Qualified Lead quota. You will manage our Content Management Strategy, including the Content Calendar and marketing collateral. Responsibilities involve creating various content, managing projects, and executing SEO processes. This role requires experience in content creation, marketing, and administrative support, along with proficiency in generative AI and project management. Requirements
- Experience creating content (copywriting) and managing content marketing / social media, including publishing, sharing, and engaging with audience
- Experience with administrative support in marketing (i.e. research, data gathering, system implementation, etc)
- Remote work ready: stable high-speed internet with backup
- Remote work ready: computer (laptop or desktop) with recommended quad-core CPU 2.5hgz+, RAM 8GB+, and dual monitor
- Remote work ready: headset, mic, and webcam for meetings
- Remote work ready: focused workspace
- Fluent in conversational English written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Update GMR Sheet accurately every Monday
- Project Manage and ensure completion of the following tasks needed to complete Marketing Content Calendar
- Collation and Creation of Customer and Client Testimonials for posting in our Social Channels and Website
- Collation of Third Party Content and Creation of Collaterals to feature them in our Social Channels
- Creation of Blog Topics and Blog Post relevant to the theme of the month and publishing in HelpFlow’s website, social channels (including groups) and integration newsletters
- Ideation and Creation of SME Feature Blog Post every month and publishing in HelpFlow’s website, social channels (including groups) and integration in newsletters
- Timely and effective execution of SEO Process on HelpFlow’s website and blog posts (including guest blog posts)
- Weekly Goal Planning and Daily Task Planning including management of rocks owned
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a team of marketers that each own and achieve lead quotas in their channels
- Experience with generative AI (ChatGPT, etc.) to create marketing content (blog, social, email, etc.)
- Experience managing vendors, freelancers and consultants to achieve certain internal initiatives
- Attention to Detail - Ensures details within reports and processes are accurate
- Project Management - Able to manage multiple projects with different timelines and stakeholders effectively
- Copywriting - Able to effectively write and edit content based on standards set by the department using the voice, tone and style established by the Company
- Ideally, at least 1 year of work-from-home experience
