The role requires proven experience in podcasting, strong storytelling skills, proficiency in audio editing software, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in podcasting, content creation, or a related field
• Strong storytelling and communication skills with the ability to engage and captivate listeners
• Proficiency in audio editing software such as Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage podcast production schedules and deadlines effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, research, and plan podcast episodes that appeal to our target audience and align with our brand objectives
• Write scripts and prepare episode outlines to ensure smooth production and delivery of high-quality content
• Record, edit, and produce podcast episodes using audio editing software and equipment
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote podcast episodes across various platforms and channels
• Monitor audience feedback and engagement metrics to continually improve the quality and relevance of our podcast content
