Social Media Content Creator

Summary

Join a growing e-commerce company as a part-time Content Creator in New York City, responsible for creating engaging content across various social media platforms to promote new and emerging authors. This is a freelance position with potential for full-time conversion based on performance.

Requirements

• Use and create on social media daily
• Has experience going viral on TikTok, either on your personal account or for a brand
• Conceptualize and create a high volume of relevant, insightful content across our organic social channels
• Strong skills in video producing, editing and social media copywriting
• Comfortable and excited about ideating and pitching original, non-boring ideas
• Demonstrates an interest and passion in making creative content on social media platforms such as: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc
• Works comfortably in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content that is aligned with our brand, mission, capabilities, and objectives to increase distribution
• Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to create and manipulate video, photography, social copy, gifs, short clips, streaming stories, etc

Benefits

Hourly Range: $40 - $125
