Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in social media content creation
  • Proven expertise in creating ad content with a solid understanding of what drives conversions and engagement in paid social media campaigns
  • Proficiency in using social media tools and content creation software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, particularly for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of brand voice and storytelling
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and high-quality content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Develop and execute content strategies that increase engagement, drive traffic, and boost conversions across all social channels
  • Produce a variety of content, including photos and videos that showcase products and brand in a compelling way
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute content ideas
  • Create and optimize video ad creatives, ensuring they are thumb-stopping, on-brand, and designed to convert
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
  • Work closely with UGC creators, providing guidance and feedback to ensure their content aligns with the brand direction
  • Edit and optimize content for different platforms, ensuring each piece is tailored to the specific audience and format requirements
  • Analyze content performance data to refine strategies and continuously improve engagement and reach

Preferred Qualifications

  • A passion for health, beauty, and wellness, with an understanding of what resonates with audiences in these niches
  • Experience working with UGC creators and a knack for giving constructive feedback to maintain brand consistency
