Summary

Join Who Gives A Crap, a high-growth B Corp making eco-friendly products and donating 50% of profits to provide clean water and sanitation. We are seeking a Social Media Content Creator to focus on TikTok, creating engaging content, and growing our community. You will be responsible for ideation, creation, and optimization of TikTok content, collaborating with the broader content team, and analyzing performance data. The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven individual with experience in social media content creation and community building. Responsibilities

  • Pull together a testing plan for our TikTok channel - outlining clear strategic areas for us to ideate, test and learn from
  • Create and launch a series of content videos - using best practice editing styles and pacing. In the process you might have featured on camera, created a mascot or roped in some colleagues to bring your ideas to life
  • Identify a cultural trend for us to jump on in a way that feels truly on brand and gives people a reason to stop, engage and share with others. Taking it from concept to completion in just a few hours
  • Collaborate with the broader content team to find efficiencies across platforms - recognising what has application beyond TikTok and how to repurpose to ensure strong channel fit
  • Grow our community through engaging 1:1 dialogue - responding to comments while also seeking out relevant conversations to join in engaging ways that grab attention and build brand love and engagement
  • Share relevant trends or campaign inspiration with the broader team - with a clear POV on how we could translate into action for our own content
  • Pull together a comprehensive TikTok report - outlining where we’re killing it vs where we need improvement. Then translated into actionable insights for future plans and ideas
