Summary

Join Rula's Enablement team as a Training Content Creator and craft engaging learning resources for customer support teams. You will leverage learning technologies to develop online courses, videos, and other training tools, distilling complex information into clear, actionable materials. This role requires strong communication and project management skills to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver high-quality training at scale. The position demands experience in instructional design and working with customer support centers. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing training resources for customer-facing frontline teams using instructional design best practices
  • 2+ years of expertise working within or supporting a high-volume customer support center
  • Proficiency in utilizing instructional design and video editing tools, such as Articulate Rise and Camtasia
  • Proven project management skills with experience planning and coordinating the end-to-end creation of training content
  • Experience supporting product launches, preferably within a tech startup or dynamic environment, with a genuine dedication to detailed documentation

Responsibilities

  • Create effective, engaging learning resources that empower frontline teams, such as customer support, to excel and adapt to ongoing challenges
  • Leverage learning and media technologies to create engaging resources, including self-paced online courses, instructional videos, and other training tools
  • Distill complex product updates into clear, actionable materials for internal and external audiences
  • Manage projects proactively and track their effectiveness over time
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and deliver high-quality work at scale

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of at least one project management tool (Asana, Jira, etc.) for organizing and reporting on multiple projects
  • Skillfulness in developing self-paced training content and other resources for employee or contractor onboarding programs
  • Fluency with leveraging data to diagnose issues and uncover opportunities for improvement with training content
  • Previous experience working in Healthcare or other regulated industry/environment
