Content Designer I

Summary

Join our team at Zeta as a Content Designer and enhance your skills in UX writing and content design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centric content for digital products.

Requirements

• Must have a passion for writing and an inclination toward user-centric content creation
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and understand UX design principles and methodologies for digital products
• Possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders
• Demonstrate an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Attention to detail is a must along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Assist in crafting high-quality, clear, and concise copies that align with user needs and Zeta's business objectives for digital products
• Work along with the UX team to integrate content seamlessly with the design and enhance the user experience for digital products
• Collaborate with the Help Center team for understanding customer pain points and maintenance of the FAQ category tree
• Contribute towards the development and maintenance of a content design system or style guide for Plutus, ensuring consistency across all its products
• Participate in UX research efforts by participating in user interviews, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback to inform content creation for Zeta's digital products

Preferred Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in English, Journalism, Communications, or related fields
• Familiarity with Content Design for digital products
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices for digital products
• Experience or interest in Fintech products
• Stay up-to-date with pop-culture references and colloquial speech
• Fluency in a second language, especially Hindi
