Instructional Designer Content Developer

Summary

Wrike is seeking a talented Instructional Designer/Content Developer for a 6-month fixed term role. The candidate will develop storyboards, review content, collaborate with multimedia developers, and plan new instructional materials. They should have proven experience in instructional design and content development, strong understanding of instructional design principles, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively.

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design and content development
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Create detailed outlines of the content and structure for learning modules and video tutorials
• Review and evaluate instructional materials, including e-learning modules and multimedia assets
• Collaborate with multimedia developers/designers to integrate engaging and effective visuals, animations, and other interactive elements into instructional materials
• Analyze current instructional materials to identify gaps or missing content and add it to production plans in alignment with product releases and demand
