Content Editor, User-Generated Content (UGC)

Join our team as a skilled UGC Content Editor to specialize in editing creator content into various formats, adding hooks, captions, voiceover/b-roll edits, and call-to-actions.

Requirements

• Experience in detailed video editing
• Ability to produce high-quality edits efficiently within tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or similar professional video editing software
• Strong understanding of video formats, cuts, captioning, etc
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to formatting guidelines
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple assets and versions
• Effective communication skills in English for captioning

Responsibilities

• Edit all non-hook videos from each creator into both 9x16 and 1x1 formats
• Efficiently produce a total of 72 assets per creator—including hook edits, voiceover/b-roll edits, formats, and captions—within a turnaround time of 2 business days
• Captioning: Position captions toward the bottom of the videos. Use Arial font with specific sizes: Size 18 for 1x1 format. Size 16 for 9x16 format. Apply a dark gray background to captions
• Hook Integration: Create additional edits by incorporating available hooks. Combine each hook with videos 1, 2, 3, and 4, resulting in multiple versions in both 9x16 and 1x1 formats
• File Management: Name files using existing file names, adding “9x16” or “1x1” to indicate formats. Append “hook #” after the influencer's name for videos combined with a hook. Upload all completed edits to Dropbox promptly
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the team to ensure consistency and quality across all content. Be available during overlapping hours with the USA team (EST time zone)
