Summary

Join our team as a Paid Social Video Editor and create engaging, high-quality videos tailored for Meta Ads and other social platforms. You will be responsible for producing both UGC and studio-style videos, optimizing them for maximum impact, and collaborating with the marketing team. This remote, full-time position requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Capcut, a strong portfolio showcasing your video editing skills, and a deep understanding of paid social media marketing. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, possess a strong eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with DTC e-commerce brands or agencies is preferred. The position offers a flexible work schedule within the UK/PH time zone overlap.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in video editing, with a portfolio showcasing your work, particularly in UGC and β€˜studio’ content styles, ideally for paid social media applications (especially Meta Ads)
  • Experience working with DTC e-commerce brands or DTC-focused marketing agencies, ideally in North America or the UK
  • Solid understanding of paid social media marketing, particularly on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
  • A methodical approach to staying updated on industry trends, content strategies, and platform updates
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) and Capcut
  • Strong eye for detail, ensuring every video produced meets high-quality standards and achieves intended campaign objectives
  • Ability to work efficiently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of creativity
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Produce engaging and high-quality UGC (User-Generated Content) and studio-style videos tailored specifically to Meta Ads and other social platforms
  • Edit and structure videos to convey a compelling and clear narrative, then tailoring that narrative to resonate with different target audience segments
  • Identify inefficiencies in creative production, offering solutions to streamline workflows and improve creative output for Meta Ads campaigns
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content aligns with current platform trends, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines
  • Actively follow and stay updated on the latest trends in video editing, UGC content, and social media platforms, ensuring content remains fresh and relevant
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and Capcut to create high-quality video edits, incorporating motion graphics, transitions, and sound design where necessary
  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure videos are on-brand and aligned with overarching campaign strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing/tracking work in Notion
  • Experience with other editing tools or platforms
  • An affinity for and/or experience in arts and hospitality
