Requirements

• 3+ years of SaaS content writing experience, preferably targeting a technical audience like developers or IT professionals
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to produce accurate, valuable, and engaging content for technical audiences
• Familiarity with SEO principles, particularly with on-page elements such as keyword use and interlinking
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and communicate timelines effectively to stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product marketers, SEO experts, and strategists to align content with brand messaging and strategic goals
• Work closely with subject matter experts to develop highly technical and accurate content, including code snippets and detailed explanations where applicable
• Write top-of-funnel educational content and bottom-of-funnel product-intent content to drive search rankings, product signups, and sales inquiries
• Update existing content to improve quality, relevance, and search engine performance
• Collaborate with designers to create purposeful visuals that complement written content
• Accelerate content publishing to maximize opportunities for improving search engine rankings
• Maintain a results-driven approach, crafting content that directly supports lead generation, signups, and conversions
• Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend content, creative assets, and tactics that resonate with our audience
• Support additional marketing initiatives and complete other tasks as assigned to meet team goals
