Summary

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers within the Product team to create engaging and effective user-centered content
  • Develop and create content for various platforms, including but not limited to, in-app messaging, onboarding materials, release notes, success stories, and customer-facing knowledge base articles
  • Organize and write supporting documentation for product features and releases
  • Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points, and translate those insights into compelling and informative content
  • Ensure content is consistent, accurate, and easy to understand across all platforms and media
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for user experience (UX) writing and content strategy
  • Adhere to Simpplr's brand guidelines and style standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the B2B, HR, or Productivity space
  • Worked with communication systems for knowledge workers
  • A strong writing portfolio
  • Proven experience in creating engaging and effective user-centered content
