Requirements

  • Mastery of English—your writing should be as refined as the language of Shakespeare
  • A storyteller at heart, able to craft compelling narratives that bring our product to life
  • Experience working in product development teams, shaping and influencing product narratives
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language
  • Data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing user behaviour and refining copy-based insights
  • Exceptional leadership and persuasion skills—you will be the voice of our product, ensuring its story is woven into every touchpoint
  • Native-level English proficiency, both written and spoken
  • More than 3 years of experience in a UX writing role with a proven track record in UX writing and content design, specifically within a product environment
  • Experience with shaping product narratives, having collaborated closely with product teams to craft and refine copy that supports product goals
  • Demonstrate a strong portfolio that includes UI text, onboarding flows, tooltips, error messages, and other in-app messaging
  • Experience using user data and research to inform and refine content decisions, with an understanding of how to apply findings to improve the user experience
  • Hands-on experience with localization and translation processes, ensuring content is accurately and effectively adapted across multiple languages
  • Personal or professional interest in cryptocurrency—a solid understanding of the industry’s language and user base is essential

Responsibilities

  • Own and shape the product narrative, ensuring consistency and impact across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate closely with the CPO, Head of Design, Product Managers, and UX Designers to integrate storytelling into product development
  • Write and refine microcopy (UI text, tooltips, error messages, buttons, onboarding flows, notifications) to enhance usability and engagement
  • Develop clear and engaging user journeys that reduce friction and improve navigation
  • Conduct research and usability testing to validate messaging effectiveness and iterate based on insights
  • Simplify complex concepts, creating instructional copy that guides users seamlessly
  • Advocate for clear, inclusive, and accessible language throughout the product
  • Work with marketing teams to align product messaging with external campaigns, ensuring a cohesive brand voice
  • Support product launches, collaborating with Product Managers to craft compelling campaigns
  • Work with translators to ensure the correct context and intent of the content are preserved across multiple languages
