Summary

Join Panorama Education as a Contracts Manager and handle key administrative and process-driven aspects of contract operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts meet deadlines, comply with regulations, and are managed efficiently. Review, negotiate, and approve client and vendor contracts. Assist in training the Revenue Team on contract policies and procedures. Manage the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and assist with Standard Service Order requests. Share ideas to enhance contract workflows. The starting base salary is $108,000, depending on experience, skills, and location. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a legal, paralegal, or contract administration role
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., FERPA, PPRA, COPPA) and basic procurement guidelines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Experience with Salesforce, Google Suite, or similar contract/task management tools
  • A client-focused mindset, with a record of responding promptly and professionally

Responsibilities

  • Review, negotiate, and approve client contracts submitted for review by our Revenue team
  • Review, negotiate, approve, and complete NDPAs (Data Privacy Agreements) requested by our clients and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accurate and timely completion
  • Assist in educating and training our Revenue Team on contracts policies and procedures
  • Review, negotiate and approve third party vendor contracts
  • Assist in managing the digestion process and organization of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system
  • Assist the Contract Administrator with Standard Service Order requests and the completion of compliance forms
  • Share ideas for enhancing the efficiency of our contract-related workflows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications pertaining to contracting or legal experience
  • K12 Education or ed-tech experience
  • Experience using contract lifecycle management tools
