Summary

Join AlphaSense's Talent Acquisition team as a contract recruiter for 4-5 months, covering a colleague on parental leave. This high-impact role focuses on full-life cycle recruitment for Operations and Client Research teams, with potential for other functional roles. You will partner with hiring managers, collaborate with teams, and manage the entire hiring process, conducting numerous recruiter screens weekly. Ideal candidates possess experience in campus recruiting or new grad hiring, are detail-oriented, and comfortable using an ATS (Greenhouse). The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Compensation is $40-$55 per hour, plus a generous benefits program.

Requirements

  • Be a highly motivated, adaptable Recruiter with an appetite for fast-paced environments with the ability to shift quickly due to business needs
  • Be a reliable partner to the business -- possess a great deal of knowledge about talent in the B2B SaaS space -- know who to look for and where, understand the competencies and skills necessary to succeed and know how to properly vet candidates to uncover those competencies
  • Be passionate about our business and able to convey our value proposition in a compelling manner to prospective candidates
  • Be organized and methodical
  • Be a true team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Be a recruiter with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to hit deadlines in a high volume and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Partner with operations and client research hiring managers to hire multiple incoming analysts and associates each month
  • Collaborate with hiring teams and scheduling coordinators, own full-cycle recruiting and use data to make tactical decisions that improve the end-to-end search process
  • Follow a structured hiring process with the goal of reducing bias and making the best hiring decisions
  • Source, screen, and shepherd candidates throughout the hiring process, conducting around 20-25 recruiter screens per week

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in campus recruiting or new grad hiring
