Contracts Manager

Summary

Join Clover Health as a Procurement Contracts Manager and oversee the entire contract lifecycle for procurement operations within the Legal department. You will develop and implement contracting policies, collaborate with various teams to mitigate risks, and ensure efficient contract execution. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience in procurement contract management, and a strong understanding of contract best practices. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in procurement contract management, supplier negotiations, or a related field
• Strong understanding of contract best practices including standard T&C’s
• Excellent communication and relationship skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders goals collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement contracting policies, templates, and best practices to streamline processes and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams to mitigate risks and ensure proper contract execution
• Conduct contract process evaluations and identify opportunities for automation
• Maintain a centralized contract management system (Gatekeeper) and ensure timely renewals and amendments
• Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on contract management and procurement policies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with IT contracts
• Contract Management Software experience, Gatekeeper

Benefits

• Colorado/Washington Pay Range: $82,400 - $104,000
• California/New Jersey/New York Pay Range: $82,400 - $132,000
