Contributor Liaison

This role involves onboarding contributors, assisting with technical issues, managing data, and handling RSS feeds. • Enthusiasm about trying new things to engage readers

Responsibilities

• Send welcome emails to new collaborators
• Provide instructions on how to use the portal and upload articles
• Assist contributors with technical problems and provide problem resolution as necessary
• Update contributor profiles
• Respond to emails promptly
• Update contributor spreadsheets daily with the following: Mark contributors who are accepted
• Update the date of the last published article
• Collect and input profile details such as profile photo and bio
• Select and post articles on a daily basis
• Edit high value content for clarity and communicate with Contributors to ease the burden of publishing
• Upload preselected articles from contributors to the content management system
