Conversion and Retention Agent

Summary

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in conversion/retention, excellent communication and negotiation skills, be results-driven and motivated by performance and bonuses, and be able to work under pressure in a target-driven team. Requirements

• Native or fluent in English + one of the following: Spanish, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Portuguese, etc
• 1–2+ years’ experience in conversion/retention
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Results-driven, motivated by performance and bonuses
• Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven team
