Join Uberall as a Senior Partner Manager and take ownership of channel and reseller partnerships across the USA and Canada. Manage and expand a strategic book of business, driving growth through partner enablement and upselling. Serve as the key point of contact for North American partners, ensuring strong collaboration and long-term success. This role requires 5+ years of experience in channel partner management, ideally in a SaaS/MarTech environment, with a proven track record of managing a book of business and driving revenue growth. Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills are essential. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel partner management, or account management — ideally in a SaaS/MarTech environment
  • Proven track record of managing a book of business, driving revenue growth, and delivering retention outcomes
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable in a performance-oriented environment
  • Clear communicator who builds trust and influence with clients

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a strategic book of business for Uberall channel and reseller partners in USA/Canada
  • Oversee relationship management (internally and externally)
  • Deliver growth by identifying and help to execute your partners’ upselling and cross-selling potential
  • Assess, escalate and resolve partner issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Work with internal teams to ensure your partners’ targets and performance metrics are met
  • Introduce a regular cadence with each individual partner to present reviews and reporting
  • Present new features and iterations of our solution to your partners and keep them updated on new channel opportunities
  • Leverage your partners’ feedback to collaborate with internal departments on the ongoing improvement of partner related business processes
