Summary

Join Pearl, a rapidly growing company, as their COO and help lead and scale the organization. You will be responsible for driving strategic execution, maintaining company culture, and ensuring peak performance across all departments. This fast-paced role involves working directly with the founders to build infrastructure, teams, and processes to support hypergrowth. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in senior operations or leadership roles, preferably in startups or high-growth companies, and a proven track record of scaling teams and operations. Requirements

• 3+ years in senior operations or leadership roles, preferably in startups or high-growth companies
• Proven track record of scaling teams and operations 0→1 and 1→10+
• Experience managing P&L and driving profitability while maintaining quality

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize systems, processes, and teams to ensure scalability
• Oversee budgets, revenue targets, and cost structures to maintain and grow profitability
• Ensure clients have an exceptional experience and that our talent matches drive measurable results
• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performance team aligned with Pearl’s values
• Work directly with founders to translate vision into action, prioritizing key initiatives and ensuring they’re executed at a high level
• Maintain and scale our “team over everything” culture as we grow rapidly

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in recruitment, staffing, or professional services is a plus
• Experience working with global teams and remote-first environments
• Deep understanding of building culture in fast-moving companies
