Corporate Accounting Intern

This part-time internship (minimum 15 hours/week, preferably Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays) offers valuable experience in financial document review and audit support. You will gather and verify documents, assist with auditor communication, and maintain audit trackers. The ideal candidate possesses strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills, and basic financial statement knowledge. A familiarity with Microsoft Excel is also required. The hourly rate is $18.00.

Responsibilities

• Gather documents requested by auditors (e.g., license agreements, vendor royalty statements, etc.)
• Verify that supporting documents align with amounts reported in the General Ledger
• Assist with timely communication and responses to auditors
• Update and maintain audit trackers to reflect the current status and progress of each audit
