Corporate Controller

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related; CPA preferred
• 7+ years experience as a Controller with SaaS organizations
• Significant experience with accounting ERP systems, NetSuite preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage all Accounting Operations, including revenue recognition, expense management, cash management and related collections, A/R and billing, prepaids/fixed assets, A/P, accruals/credit cards, equity administration, and payroll
• Responsible for the month end reconciliations of Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts
• Own the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and associated reporting packages
• Financial statement analysis – comparison of actual results to prior periods
• Manage global expansion, including entity creation, transfer pricing, and payroll
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls and mitigate risk
• Continually evaluate and where appropriate implement new processes to facilitate the automation of our accounting function
• Own order-to-cash
• Manage the external and internal audit functions
• Manage our 409A compliance and valuation process
• Prepare and manage all regulatory reporting and research technical accounting issues to ensure compliance
