Requirements
- 5β7+ years of experience across finance, strategy, or accounting roles, with at least 2β3 years in a high-growth tech business
- Deep financial modelling skills with strong Excel proficiency and the ability to guide decision-making through data
- Strong problem-solving instincts and the drive to chase down answers independently
- Clear communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, and business teams
- Comfort managing competing deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes that inform performance targets and enable strategic choices
- Drive smarter resource allocation by identifying high ROI initiatives and helping business leaders prioritise spend
- Partner across the business to embed financial discipline and support the execution of key strategic projects
- Deliver investor, board, and internal reporting thatβs clear, insightful, and actionable
- Track business performance, enable variance analysis, and identify levers for operational improvement
- Lead monthly P&L reviews and ensure an accurate financial close in coordination with our Financial Control team
- Prepare and review accruals using Airbase data, ensuring correct budget alignment and cost classification

Tech sector experience preferred, crypto knowledge a bonus but not required
