Summary

Join Scenic and Emerald Cruises as a Corporate Housekeeper and oversee the housekeeping operations across our two fleets. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of public areas, accommodations, and ship facilities. This role requires a minimum of two years of experience as an Executive Housekeeper, proficiency in housekeeping management software and Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the Executive Housekeeper role
  • Working knowledge of all Housekeeping Management Software
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Fluent English language
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Collaborative approach to outcomes
  • Developed organisation and planning skills
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of accuracy whilst being efficient
  • Think laterally and develop new concepts and ideas

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and improve the hotel operations for the Housekeeping Department on our two fleets
  • Maintain and ensure the cleanliness of public areas, accommodations, ship’s facilities and laundries
  • Recruit and manage rotation schedules for both ocean brands
