Corporate Legal Intern

Requirements

• Be a student intern or lawyer intern
• Possess at least a Master's 1 degree in business law
• Have professional experience including at least one internship in corporate/business law in a company or law firm

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research related to diverse and concrete operations and issues
• Prepare memos and presentations
• Assist in preparing board meetings and shareholder general meetings
• Draft legal documents and minutes
• Handle routine operations: governance, corporate mandates, signature delegations and powers, regulated agreements, guarantees
• Handle extraordinary operations: share transfers, top-of-balance sheet operations, intra-group restructurings, statutory amendments
• Handle case-by-case missions (in contract law)
• Participate in the review and drafting of various contracts and intra-group agreements
