Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, learning design, or similar field
• Excels in execution, establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a rapidly changing environment
• Experience using course authoring technologies to create digital learning experiences
• Knowledge of learning science and instructional design principles
• Strong collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design AI-powered, conversation simulation learning experiences that support the scaling of soft skills development across employees at every level
• Create soft skills courses that meet the company's standards for quality, accuracy, and alignment with learning objectives
• Build practice-first learning role-plays that empower experiential learning supported by AI-tutor feedback
• Collaborate with course review analysts to improve course structure, clarity, and overall effectiveness
• Identify and incorporate proven soft skills techniques and methodologies to embed within learning experiences
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define targeted learning outcomes and required skillsets for roles in areas such as management, sales, finance, etc
• Manage deliverable deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity to achieve course development targets

Preferred Qualifications

1 to 3 years’ experience in designing digital learning experiences for adult learners
