Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in solution architecture, implementation, and application integration within CPM platforms like Anaplan, TM1, Pigment, CCH Tagetik, or Oracle Hyperion/EPM
  • Strong technical expertise in data visualization, user experience, and planning workflows
  • Proven ability to lead workshops and design collaborative solutions that meet business needs
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
  • Strong analytical skills to understand business challenges and deliver tailored solutions

Responsibilities

  • Build highly collaborative relationships with business stakeholders
  • Lead workshops, design prototypes, create proof-of-concept models, and contribute to solution designs
  • Develop and implement solution architecture for Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platforms
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions
  • Work on application integration and ensure alignment with business processes
  • Drive innovation by identifying and implementing improvements in workflows and planning processes
  • Guide and mentor team members while working on impactful projects
