Remote CRE Sales Associate

Summary

The job is for a Commercial Real Estate Investment Sales Associate to join a fast-paced team, bridging between the investment team and potential investors. The role requires excellent communication skills, energy, and at least 1 year of sales experience. The position is temporary (3 months) with a possibility of transitioning to a permanent one. The salary ranges from 40k to 50k, plus commissions. The job location can be in New York or Miami.

Responsibilities

• New business development via client outreach including cold calls, meetings and attendance at industry events
• Marketing exclusive property listings to qualified buyers
• Prospecting new client relationships, and networking with other industry professionals

Preferred Qualifications

Familiar with real estate industry, Broker
