Creative Designer

Summary

Join Addepar's Studio team as a skilled Designer, contributing to the creation of engaging digital experiences. You will leverage your expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other design tools to produce high-quality designs aligned with our brand guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, product, and client support to deliver creative solutions. This UK-based role (preferably Edinburgh) requires proficiency in web and digital design, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. You'll be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and passionate about design, contributing to a team of talented creatives. Addepar values a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• Be a self-starter with a strong ability to manage projects, timelines and expectations, ensuring deliverables are on time and meet quality standards
• Have experience designing for web and digital platforms, with a passion for crafting engaging, user-focused creative solutions
• Be proficient in tools like Figma (including Figma Components for web) and Adobe Creative Cloud, with a keen eye for detail and design consistency
• Be comfortable working closely with the Studio’s copywriters – and cross-functionally with marketing, product, GTM, client support and other teams – fostering collaboration and alignment
• Be organized and dependable, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Be a strong communicator – using Monday, Slack, Figma, etc – who thrives on providing clarity and delivering creative assets that align with team and business objectives
• Be passionate about design and dedicated to growing your skills while contributing to a team of talented creatives

Responsibilities

• Leverage design skills in Figma to create high-quality designs, ensuring adherence to our visual identity and brand guidelines
• Utilize your familiarity with Figma Components, including designing reusable components and variants optimized for web experiences
• Apply excellent Adobe Creative Cloud skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator and other tools, to create compelling visual assets
• Use Monday.com for project management and task tracking
• Collaborate in and develop assets using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• Communicate effectively and stay organized through Slack, ensuring timely updates and cross-team collaboration
• Collaborate with teams across marketing, go-to-market (GTM), product, client support and others to deliver creative solutions aligned with business objectives
• Combine creativity, technical expertise and teamwork to shape Addepar's digital and visual presence

Preferred Qualifications

• Have proficiency in motion graphics or video design
• Have knowledge of Monday.com
